Writer: Renée CoolRenée Cool
Eye with text: Integrity, the foundation of trust and ethical leadership

Embark on a journey of unwavering integrity as you explore the essence of authenticity and honesty. Integrity is the alignment of your actions with your values and principles. Stand firm in your convictions, make ethical choices, and let your integrity shine as a guiding light.

Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

I am honest and live in alignment with my values.

• My actions reflect my character and integrity.

• I hold myself to high ethical standards.

Exercise: Integrity mirror check

Objective: To cultivate and reinforce personal integrity, using a mirror reflection to confront and appreciate one's true self, and affirmations to strengthen ethical commitment.

Natural support: Sodalite promotes integrity and honesty in communication. Lily is a symbol of integrity and truthfulness.

Setup: Position yourself in front of a mirror, gazing into your own eyes.

Daily integrity moment: Each day, ask yourself aloud, "Have I lived today in alignment with my values?"

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

• "I am honest and live in alignment with my values."

• "My actions reflect my character and integrity."

• "I hold myself to high ethical standards."

Reflect: Contemplate on any actions or decisions from the day that showcased your integrity. If there were lapses, consider how you can realign with your values next time.

Visualization: In the mirror, see a glow around your reflection, representing the aura of genuine integrity.

Closure: Affirm your commitment to another day of living with honesty and integrity.
