Inner Wealth: week 17 - Compassion


A burning candle symbolizes a compassionate heart.

Open your heart to compassion and discover its transformative power. Compassion bridges gaps, fostering connection and empathy. Extend a helping hand, lend an ear, and treat others as you would wish for yourself. Let this journey be a tribute to the boundless impact of compassion.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I am compassionate towards myself and others.

·      My heart is filled with love and understanding.

·      Compassion brings inner joy and inner peace.

 

Exercise: “Compassion Candle”


Objective: To ignite a daily sense of empathy and warmth, using visualization and affirmations to nurture a heart filled with compassion.


Natural support: Rose quartz and Carnation are known for promoting compassion.


Setup: Choose a candle that evokes feelings of warmth and love.


Lighting Ritual: Light the candle each day, allowing its gentle flame to symbolize the compassion within you.


Deep Breath: As the candle burns, inhale the warmth and exhale any judgment or negativity.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and say:

·       "I am compassionate towards myself and others."

·       "My heart is filled with love and understanding."

·       "I choose kindness always."


Reflect: Watch the candle's flame and imagine its warmth spreading through your heart, promoting understanding and kindness.


Closure: Gently blow out the candle, imagining the smoke as your compassionate energy, spreading out into the world.
