Eat healthy and train to enhance an energetic lifestyle.

 

This week is all about invigorating your life with energy and vitality. Energy is the fuel that drives all our actions, thoughts, and feelings. Focus on cultivating and maintaining a high level of energy throughout your daily life. Embrace activities and thoughts that rejuvenate your spirit and body.


Repeat these 3 affirmatios frequently this week:

 

·      I am filled with boundless energy.

·      Every breath I take invigorates my body.

·      I radiate positivity and vitality

 

Exercise: Vitality Vault”


Objective: To infuse your day with an abundance of energy, using affirmations to awaken and energize your mind and body.


Natural support: Red Jasper stimulates vitality and physical energy. Sunflower symbolizes energy and vitality.


Setup: Choose a bright, open space in your home as your “Vitality Vault”. This should be a place where you feel most alive and uplifted.


Daily Activation: Visit your “Vitality Vault” each morning. Stand in a comfortable, open stance.


Physical Movement: Begin with a simple physical activity like stretching, jumping jacks, or a brief dance to lively music, to awaken your body.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and say:
