Inner Wealth: week 35 - humility

Joined hands, symbole of humility.

Embrace the virtue of humility and embark on a journey of self-awareness and modesty. Humility is the recognition of our shared humanity and interconnectedness. Approach life with an open heart, acknowledge your strengths and limitations, and treat others with respect and compassion. Discover the gentle power of humility.

Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

·      I am humble and grounded.

·      I appreciate my achievements and acknowledge my failures.

·      My humility makes me receptive to growth and learning.

Exercise: Humility

Objective: To nurture humility, using a grounding ritual to connect with one's roots and affirmations to foster appreciation, acknowledgment, and openness.

Natural support: Amazonite helps promote humility and ego release. Daisy is a symbol of humility and simplicity.

Setup: Find a quiet outdoor space or a location with plants, symbolizing groundedness and growth.

Daily grounding moment: Each day, stand or sit barefoot (if possible) on the ground, feeling the earth beneath you, connecting to your roots.

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I am humble and grounded."

·       "I appreciate my achievements and acknowledge my failures."

·       "My humility makes me receptive to growth and learning."

Reflect: Contemplate a moment of pride and a moment of learning from the past finding balance in both.

Visualization: Close your eyes and envision yourself as a tree, strong from achievements, but continually growing and reaching.

Closure: Take a deep breath, feeling gratitude for the lessons and achievements, and carry forward a humble heart.
