Inner wealth: week 38 - adaptability

Embrace the art of adaptability as you navigate life’s changes. Like nature adjusting to seasons, you too can thrive in different circumstances. Embrace change with an open mind, learn from challenges, and find new ways to flourish.


Repeat these 3 affirmations Frequently this week:

 

·      I adapt and flourish in any situation.

·      I welcome change with an open heart.

·      My ability to adapt makes me strong.


Exercise: Adaptability


Objective: To cultivate a mindset of flexibility and strength, using symbolic interactions and affirmations to navigate life's changing tides.


Natural support: Agate supports adaptability and stability in changing situations. Ivy is known for its ability to adapt and be flexible


Setup: Acquire a piece of clay or play-dough.


Daily shaping: Take a moment each day to mold the clay into a shape, representing a challenge or change you're currently facing.


Adapt and reshape: Remold the shape into something positive, symbolizing your capacity to adapt and see things from a different perspective.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I adapt and flourish in any situation."

·       "I welcome change with an open heart."

·       "My ability to adapt makes me strong."


Reflect: Hold the newly formed shape, internalizing the resilience and adaptability it represents.


Closure: Store the clay in a safe place, ready for the next day's molding, symbolizing the ever-changing nature of life and your ability to adapt.
