It is the ability to come up with new ideas, use old ideas in a different way and find smart solutions to problems. Explore what creativity is, why it's important, and how you can develop it.

What is creativity?

Creativity means coming up with new and original ideas that add something. It's about looking beyond the standard way of thinking and discovering new possibilities. This can recur everywhere: in art, science or in solving everyday problems. Being creative requires curiosity, imagination and openness to new things.

5. Progress in the world: Thanks to creativity, new inventions and works of art have emerged. It ensures growth and advancement in technology, science, and culture.

What makes someone creative?

1. Original ideas: You come up with things that are different or unique.

2. Flexible thinking: You look at a problem from different angles.

3. Lots of ideas: You can come up with all kinds of ideas in a short time.

4. Fantasy: You imagine things that don't exist yet.

5. Daring to take risks: You try new things, even if you are not sure if they will work.

How can you become more creative?

1. Stay curious: Ask questions, try new things and discover topics you don't know yet. Curiosity keeps your mind active and fresh.

2. Look from a different perspective: Try to look at problems or situations in a different way. This helps you to find new ideas.

5. Take time to reflect: Regularly reflect on your ideas or what you've experienced. This helps you to gain new insights and see connections.

6. Keep practicing: Being creative doesn't always come naturally. It sometimes takes time and perseverance, but practice makes you better.

7. Learn from others: Watch how others approach something and be inspired. Working together or asking for feedback can also generate new ideas.

8. Take care of yourself: You can't be creative if you don't feel good. Make sure you have a good balance between work and relaxation, and avoid too much stress.

Creativity Meditation

In this meditation we use the power techniques of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha:

1. Body power: this is the use of hand and body positions. Where you put your hands is where you receive healing and rejuvenation.

2. Soul power: is making a soul to soul connection, heart to heart connection by saying hello to the souls of the sun, the moon and countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes as well as to the spiritual fathers and mothers that you believe in. Soul power is also saying hello to inner souls such as your organs, systems, body parts, etc. Who and what you connect with and what you say hello to is what you receive healing and blessings from.

3. Mind power: this is creative visualization. What you visualize is what you become.

Take a few deep breaths to your lower abdomen, relax and apply the power techniques:

1. Body power: Place your feet flat on the floor. Place one hand on your lower abdomen and the other hand on your heart.

2. Soul Power: Dear soul, heart, mind and body of my heart. You have the power to open yourself up and strengthen my creativity. Do a good job. Thank you.

Dear the sun, the moon, mother earth and countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes, I love you, honor and appreciate you. Please give me a blessing for opening my heart and developing my creativity as appropriate. Thank you.

Now close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times until you feel relaxed.

Imagine that you are in a beautiful garden. The sun is shining gently, and you can hear the soothing sound of birds and a babbling brook. Visualize a luminous ball of creative energy above your head. This sphere radiates a warm, golden glow.

This golden ball slowly sinks down into your head. Feel the creative energy fill your mind, clear your thoughts, and let new ideas bubble up.

Let the energy flow further to your heart. Feel your heart open to new inspiration and passion. Let this energy fill your entire body, from head to toe and skin to bone.

Take a few more deep breaths in and out. When you're done, slowly open your eyes and return to the here and now, with a renewed sense of creativity and inspiration.

Finish your exercise by saying "Hao" three times. In Mandarin, this means 'great or get better'. Give thanks in your heart in your own way for the blessings you have received.

Conclusion

Creativity is a skill that anyone can learn and use. It helps you to solve problems, develop yourself and make your life more fun. By staying curious, using your imagination, and practicing patiently, you can become more creative. Creative thinking and acting will set you up for a world full of change and opportunity!
