A huge tree to represent

Explore the theme of strength and embrace the power that resides within you. Strength isn’t just physical; it’s also emotional, mental, and spiritual. Overcome challenges with resilience, harness your inner fortitude, and recognize the depth of your own capabilities.

Excercise: develop inner strength

Repeat these three affirmations frequently this week:
·      I am strong and resilient in all situations.
·      My strength carries me through challenges.
·      I grow stronger and more determined every day.

Objective: To fortify and celebrate your inner strength, enabling you to rise above challenges and grow in determination every day.

Nature's support: a lily symbolizes power and courage. Onyx and tiger's eye support strength

Setup: Stand or sit in a space that feels empowering and grounding to you.

Morning Strength Pledge: Start your day by declaring a challenge or task you'll face with courage and determination.

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and listen how you speak:

·       "I am strong and resilient in all situations."
·       "My strength carries me through challenges."
·       "I grow stronger and more determined every day."

Reflect: As evening approaches, evaluate how you harnessed your strength. Recognize the moments where your resilience shone through.

Visualization: Visualize an oak tree within you. See the picture. Its deep roots represent your resilience, and its sturdy trunk symbolizes your unwavering strength.

Closure: Acknowledge the growth in your strength and set an intention to approach the next day with even more tenacity and determination.
