Inner Wealth: week 14 - balance

Discover the art of balance and embark on a journey of harmony and well-being. Balance is the key to navigating life’s demands while nurturing your own needs. Strive for equilibrium between work and play, solitude and connection, and inner reflection and outward action. Let this be the beginning of a  balanced life.

Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

·      I maintain a healthy balance in all aspects of my life.

·      My life is a harmonious blend of work, rest, and play.

·      Balance brings peace and fulfillment to my life.

Exercise: “Balance”

Objective: To nurture and visualize a balanced lifestyle, using a symbolic beam and affirmations to align daily actions with harmony and peace.

Natural support: moonstone is known for promoting inner balance and harmony. Jasmine is known for its balancing and calming properties.

Setup: Lay out a straight-line using tape, string, or any marker, representing your balance beam.

Daily activity: Each day, take a moment to walk along this line, mindfully focusing on maintaining balance. Be aware of your feet.

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I maintain a healthy balance in all aspects of my life."

·       "My life is a harmonious blend of work, rest, and play."

·       "Balance brings peace and fulfilment to my life."

Reflect: After your walk, contemplate how you achieved or can improve balance in your activities that day.

Visualization: Close your eyes, envisioning your life's various components seamlessly integrating, bringing about peace and equilibrium.

Closure: Step away from the balance beam, carrying forward the intention of maintaining harmony throughout your day.
