Release complexity, find joy in the uncomplicated, and embrace a mindful, minimalistic approach. Let this journey mark the beginning of a life lived with simplicity and purpose.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I appreciate the simplicity and beauty in everyday moments.

·      I strive to keep my life simple and meaningful.

·      Simplicity brings clarity and peace into my life.


Exercise: Simplicity


Objective: To cultivate an appreciation for the uncomplicated beauty present in daily life, striving for a simple and meaningful existence that promotes clarity and peace.


Natural support: Howlite is known for its calming properties and helps promote simplicity. Chamomile is known for its calming and simple appearance.


Setup: Start in a clutter-free, calm space. This could be a minimalist room or a peaceful outdoor setting.


Morning simplicity ritual: Begin by doing a single-tasking activity, like sipping a cup of tea or taking a short walk, fully immersing yourself in that one activity without distractions.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and say:
