Inner Wealth: week 18 - Resilience

Purple Iris supports resilience.

Navigate the landscape of resilience and uncover the art of bouncing back from challenges. Like a steadfast tree weathering storms, you too can rise stronger from setbacks. Embrace difficulties as stepping stones toward growth, and remember that your ability to adapt knows no bounds. Let this journey celebrate the unyielding spirit of resilience.

Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

·      I am capable of overcoming any challenges that come my way.

·      I am resilient and can handle life’s ups and downs.

·      Every setback is a setup for a comeback.

Exercise: Resilience Reminder

Objective: To strengthen one's capacity to rebound from adversities, using reflection and affirmations to foster a mindset of growth and resilience.

Natural support: Rhodonite supports resilience and emotional healing. Purple iris represents resilience and perseverance.

Setup: Obtain a small resilient object (e.g., a rubber band or a spring) as a tangible representation of resilience.

Daily Reflection: When faced with a challenge, take a moment to stretch or compress the resilient object, visualizing it as your ability to bounce back.

Journaling: Document any challenges you faced during the day and how you managed or plan to overcome them.

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and say:

·       "I am capable of overcoming any challenges that come my way."

·       "I am resilient and can handle life’s ups and downs."

·       "Every setback is a setup for a comeback."

Reset: Before bed, place the resilient object in a prominent spot to remind you of your innate resilience the next day.

Closure: Take a deep breath, embracing the assurance that you can handle tomorrow's challenges just as you did today's.
