Inner Wealth: week 4 - confidence


Embrace the essence of self-assurance and belief as you delve into the topic of confidence. Within you lies the power to conquer challenges and embrace opportunities. Acknowledge your strengths and accomplishments, for they shape the path ahead. Develop your unshakeble self-confidence.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I believe in my abilities and strengths.

·      I radiate confidence and others respect me.

·      Every day, I grow more confident in myself.


Exercise: Develop Confidence


Objective:. To regularly acknowledge and celebrate personal achievements and moments of confidence, thereby reinforcing self-belief and self-respect.


Natural support: Tiger's eye and pyrite teach you how to fully embrace yourself from warmth and increase your self-confidence. Sunflowers bring self-confidence and determination.


Setup: Choose a dedicated journal or digital note app.


Daily entry: At the end of each day, write down an achievement or moment where you felt confident.


Reflect: Consider how this moment made you feel and what it taught you about your own abilities.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I believe in my abilities and strengths."

·       "I radiate confidence and others respect me."

·       "Every day, I grow more confident in myself."


Review: take a moment to read through your entries, recognizing your growth in confidence.


Closure: Take a deep breath, standing tall, and embodying the essence of confidence.
