Inner Wealth: week 7 - patience


Embody patience as you explore its transformative power. Patience isn’t passive. Ii’s a practice of strength and understanding. In a world of haste, embrace waiting as an art. Whether in pursuing goals or interacting with others, experience the quality of patience.


Repeat these three affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I have patience to wait for the right opportunities.

·      I am patient with myself and others.

·      My patience brings me closer to my goals.

 

Exercise: Patience


Objective: To harness the virtue of patience in daily life, drawing from tactile reminders and affirmations to nurture a calm and focused mindset.


Natural support: Amethyst helps promote patience and inner peace. Lavender helps promote patience and calmness.


Setup: Find a smooth, calming pebble or stone.


Morning Ritual: Hold the pebble in your hand each morning, feeling its weight and texture.


Mindful Breaths: As you grasp the pebble, take three deep breaths, letting any impatience from previous days melt away.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I have patience to wait for the right opportunities."

·       "I am patient with myself and others."

·       "My patience brings me closer to my goals."


Carry with You: Keep the pebble in your pocket throughout the day as a tactile reminder of your commitment to patience.


Closure: In the evening, place the pebble on a windowsill or bedside table, mentally releasing any impatience from the day and preparing for a new day of mindful patience.
