Exercise: Communication

Objective: To foster open, honest, and respectful communication, using sound as a medium to understand and channel effective communication skills.

Setup: Find a quiet space free from disturbances.

Morning Ritual: Each morning, sit comfortably and close your eyes, focusing on the sounds around you.

Active Listening: Take a moment to truly listen, not just to the sounds, but to the silence between the sounds, understanding the importance of both speaking and listening.

Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:
