Experience the lightness of humor as you explore the power of laughter and joy. Humor is a universal language that bridges gaps and uplifts spirits. Find the humor in life’s quirks, share laughter with others, and let your sense of humor be a guiding force. Enjoy the positive impact of a good laugh.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I find humor and joy in everyday life.

·      My sense of humor brightens my days and those of others.

·      Laughter and joy are essential parts of my life.


Exercise: Laughing


Objective: To invite more humour and joy into daily experiences, using a keepsake and affirmations to lighten one's spirit and brighten days.


Natural support: Carnelian stimulates a playful and cheerful attitude. Smiling sunflower symbolizes joy and humor.


Setup: Find a small locket or charm that brings a smile to your face or reminds you of a joyful moment.


Morning ritual: Begin each day by holding the locket, recalling a recent moment that made you laugh.


Joyful reminiscing: Whenever you need a lift, touch the locket and let it remind you of the power of humor.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and say:

·       "I find humour and joy in everyday life."

·       "My sense of humour brightens my days and those of others."

·       "Laughter and joy are essential parts of my life."


Spread the joy: Share a joke or a funny moment with someone each day, letting your humour be infectious.


Closure: Before bedtime, think of the funniest moment of the day, and with a chuckle, place the locket on your nightstand, ready for another day of laughter.
